May 11th, Eat what you want day

I really should get back to watching what I eat, and no I don't mean from the plate to my mouth. I have always been over weight, from little on up. When I was born I weighed 9 lbs. 13oz...Yes, my poor mother!!

I had attended TOPS which really did help. When in the program I lost 42 lbs. My niece and I joined and she did very well also. I think the main part was a weekly weigh in (You wanted to do well and be The Biggest Loser). I stopped going to TOPS after having my daughter. There is too much to juggle with a newborn to find time to go to a weekly meeting. I miss being part of it, and really do miss the weight loss!!

My mother is having the Lap-Band surgery done next month, so I am hoping that will give me incentive to hop on the weight loss bandwagon yet again.
